This is the uniform of the Malleabyte Defence Force (or M.D.F.).

They are equipped with mini comms and mic to communicate with control or others.
A small light on the left side of helmet, use for searching in night time/ dark places.
A small fire arm, with a stun laser and machine gun mode.
A backpack with water canister, mini first aid pack, spare power pack (as back up power for comms)
Letter and numbers on the helmet tells which battalion they are from.
