Morsin Praelos, a once well respected turian Spectre who just simply....went insane. He was known for his coldness and ruthlessness in his job, but the Council never sought to correct his ways for the results were always favorable. He was considered cold, distant, cruel, enigmatic, dangerous, and apathetic with a battlelust and bloodlust many would fear. He was an apprentice during the same time as a certain Saren Arterius and the two had quite the rivalry. But, after ten years of service as a Spectre, Morsin disappeared one day and was missing for almost an entire year. He returned one day only to reveal he was a rogue now and as well as a pirate, simply traveling around, killing and stealing parts and items he deemed useful.

Many have tried to catch him and turn him in or kill him only to meet their demise by his hand. To this day, he still travels around now, nicknamed the Omnium Messor, a rather fitting latin phrase meaning "Reaper of All" for he is known more for killing than stealing, a heavy bounty on his head. However, it is unwise to cross his path unless one is armed heavily or has a plan of escape.

- Both of his arms were lost during one of his missions and were replaxed by robotic prosthetic ones; arms are detachable in case of need of repair or in situations where he must detach them or get severely hurt or killed if not detached
- His eyes were lost during another mission and were replaced by cybernetic ones; he cannot see in color, more of seeing in black and white and shades of gray, which can be compared to that of the vision of a canine in means of seeing colors; he has night vision and can see the wavelengths of color and also has infrared vision; he has the ability to zoom in his vision much like a person can with binoculars, cameras, or scopes
- Has a "taste" for blood and can ingest levo-amino acid based material without an allergic reaction, only not getting any nutrition from the levo-amino acid based material
- Has a 15 inch long tongue but lacks the ability to taste for the tongue is cybernetic and meant mostly for keeping his ability to speak properly and allowing him to eat properly; the cybernetic tongue can "feel" though; he lost his real tongue on the same mission he lost his eyes; his jaw is also prosthetic and made of metal, lost with his original tongue on yet another mission
- During yet another mission, most of his bones had been shattered/broken and were reinforced with metal and healed
