Sirius is a gentle and happy Mega Dragonite, who is an unique Delta Shiny, possibly a new type of shiny (will think of a good name for the shiny variant later XD).

He loves to cuddle a lot and sometimes "looks" to the sky despite being born blind. He is able to "see" using a sort of sixth sense that allows him to see shapes and colors around him, basically forming a 3D map inside his head with perfect clarity, and can see where sound is coming from as well.

The God of the Astral Plane, aka Spirit Realm, which exists in the same space as the Neutral realm, normally you can't see or interact with the astral plane as it is normally invisible and intangible, but his unique body allows him to do so, so he is capable of communicating with Spirits and helping them out or gathering information from said spirits. You might see him talking to nothing sometimes, but that'd be him conversing with a spirit.

Abilities: Sense Sharing, he is able to share his senses with those around him to enable them to see what he can see, which means others can see the Astral Plane and communicate with spirits, although it is a bit taxing if done with more than a couple people at a time.
