octohearts are the stronger variant of headmons. They can be found in the toy castle in chapter 1. similar to hathys, octohearts use an animated heart instead of text dialogue, so they don't speak. their stats are 210 HP, 7 Attack, and 0 Defense. they use stronger variants of Headmon attacks, this time not attackin' with a headbutt, but usin' their tentacles to shake the screen and make various card symbols fall. They also use their tentacles as attacks. After rockwell's defeat, they serve as NPCs in the toy castle, with text similar to third-person thoughts, in the beginnin' and epilogue of chapter 2. they will be NPCs in some areas of funky town, such as big cheffy's second bakery. Like the headmon, they have an appearance based on a playin' card, only their bodies are reddish. They have no mouths, four horns on their heads with dark red/pink stripes, a crown on top, a black eyelash, a black jester's collar, a heart-shaped hole, and five tentacles with black stripes and another variation of red stripes. In the anomalous route of chapter 1, they will be the first enemies to challenge the duo to a battle, however, they will lose anyway. In the post-anomalous route of chapter 2, they will be buried in the second area of the olde graveyard in funky town.
