let says it is in this case, made myself a front lip out of a garage door foam seal and a couple of screws, result isn't that pretty but gives a cool look when you're not looking too closely at the fitment, took me about 1h and cost me about 20$, really easy to do if you wanna make a subtile touch without spending 3-400$ on a front lip that you might scrap on the ground once in a while x3

Any cruising over 35 mph will make a difference, probably negligible on its own. Anything that will direct more airflow over the sides and top rather than along the honestly non aerodynamic undercarriage is a helper. One reason race cars have "splitters" up front.
Its doing lots of little things that add up, and done right, not look like a total nerd.

so I guess having a skid plate to protect your oil pan could actually help make the air flow better under the car? x3 that could be something I'd put on it someday, tho I have a lot of things I want to do first, first on the list is coilovers, rims, COBB V2 ECU controler, and exhaust
rally isn't about power indeed, and your car is really light, do you have the stock 3 banger 1.0, a 1.3 SOHC, or a 1.3 DOHC? or anything else maybe x3
I don't go rallying with my car tho, maybe if I had a second car for it and the money to back me up if anything goes wrong I would, but I wanna keep my daily driver as clean as possible and my student budget wouldn't allow me to do that kind of thing
