Yeah, I'm shocked too. Another art from me without a massive gap?
Well, I just suddenly decided to do a classic Sonic piece (which may have something to do with Sonic Generations and me briefly playing some of my Mega Drive games recently) and decided on doing something based on Sonic CD.

Why Sonic CD? It tends to be a bit overlooked compared to the other Sonic games of the time (and with some good reasons, Sega was really screwing up with add-ons back then), the intro cutscene was awesome and the art style was a bit sharper and harsher than the softer and rounder official artwork for the other games.
...that and scenes from the FMV are easy to find and use as reference ^^;

Not too sure how long this took or where the background is supposed to be, I just threw it all together. I'd estimate that this probably took about 3 or 4 hours at the most; I appear to be getting faster at this sort of thing.
There are a few things (as always) that definitely need improvement, those little details I can never get right, but on the whole for a somewhat spontaneous art this ain't too shabby.
