17th December 1925 the Balto statue was done. Callbacks: Boris says “When you are a frozen statue named Balto” – Yeah and the statue is named Balto too.
“They should build a statue of him!” – Star
When making this I realized a few words was misspelled on the plaque. I never thought about it but then again never seen this IRL only in photos. I spelled them right in the artwork though. The words are: Relayed, Blizzards, Miles, Relief and Intelligence. They fixed it with small letters on the plaque.

Definitly visit the statue. It's easy to find and makes a great landmark in the park.
Nome...you might wanna pass. The truth is it's still a mining town, and it's kinda a shithole. The town as we saw it in Balto burned down in 1938, so none of that architecture remains (Other then the church) so, most of the town is a bunch of dirty prefab buildings, bars, and apartment blocks. It's not a tourist destination, it's what it always was...a mining town on the very edge of the frontier of Alaska.

Yeah, i TOTALLY wanna go to NY one day and visit the central park at least one time while i'm there, but i think i will need at least two or even three days to fully see the whole central park because its so big.
Oh, i didnt knew that there was a fire in Nome that burned down the whole city in 1938. But i knew that its still a rustical mining town. (There is a documentation series about gold divers that live in Nome and that i like to watch.)
