She was once a human woman that worked as a groundskeeper for the local cemetery, tending to the graves and keeping watch of unruly behavior. One day, a snowstorm struck without warning and she forced herself to hide inside a small temple. This storm unfortunately trapped her from the inside and later died from hypothermia, until she mysteriously reformed as a spiritual being on Christmas Eve. Spirit Miser would guide lost souls into the afterlife or perform mischievous acts on those she finds naughty during the month of December.
