He's a Scrapper, relatively popular at the Gold Saucer Coliseum where he makes some extra Gil and relieves his pent up aggression that he doesn't get to unleash to often back home in Cosmo Canyon...not as many trouble makers now adays.
You can't see it, but he has some Materia on him for Diversity in his skillset.
Otherwise he is Agile and Powerful much like Elder Nanaki.
Just....he can see Red and go overboard. He has Green Materia slotted primarily to heal the wounds he will inflict to Combatants in the Coliseum.
Hes a Good Boy.
He just does Bad on the Side.
He's a handful to his Handlers that escort him outside the Canyon.
