Adopt FurryThis adapt wasn't originally planned to be ancient Egyptian-themed. However, I came up with this idea along the way. I love the history and mythology of ancient Egypt, but I'm not an expert on the subject.

His name is Bakari. Now known by the alias Keimnvati.
They say there once was a promising prince in the Kingdom. As befits a person of blue blood, he was proud, arrogant, and self-confident. However, he was renowned for his intelligence and outstanding talent with a sword. He fully lived up to his name – Bakari – the Promising One. Both nobles and commoners believed that the wayward young prince would outgrow the rebellious nature of his youth and ascend the throne as a new, noble sun.
But fate decreed otherwise.
What happened then in the palace remains unknown to this day. Rumors abound: from a terrible conspiracy and betrayal to a rebellion stirred up by the young heir. What truly happened is known only to the prince himself. But the people dubbed him a "mutineer." And so the young man was forced to flee and hide in the desert.
He rejected the name given to him in the palace and, with a touch of irony and mockery of the fools who proclaimed him a mutineer, adopted the pseudonym Keimnvati. Under this name, he wanders the scorching sands.
Keimnvati has not lost his pride. He is as arrogant and self-centered as ever. But life has taught him to keep his mouth shut and his pride hidden behind a mask. Sometimes he plays roles, wearing the masks of a merchant, a mercenary, a jester, or even a faceless figure.
He lost his title and power, but his love of gold and jewelry remained. He loves all these shiny trinkets so much that even knowing all the inconveniences and problems adornment creates, he is not ready to part with them. In battle and on his travels, he'd rather fight off robbers a hundred times than take anything from himself. If he had his way, he'd drape himself with all the gold and precious stones in the world, so much so that he couldn't even move. It's a shame the circumstances of his life prevent him from realizing his dream.
He carries with him the sword given to him while he was still living in the palace. It's the only thing he has left that proves his heritage. Perhaps he plans to return and reclaim what was lost? Only he knows the answer.
