OK, so if you don't already know it, "My Little Pony" has made an adorable comeback and has broadened it's target age and gender audiences with an engaging and funny new show. That said, the internet is FLOODED with memes, personalized characters, and tons of fan art. As with any trend, you have haters, and people sick of repetition.
You can take this however you want it. Satire, spoof, fan art, or whatever. I just thought it would be fun to do Dinosaurs in the new MLP style.
This one is named "Clever Girl", after the famous last words of Muldoon from the first Jurassic Park movie. She's also wearing Dr. Grant's hat (sort of). Her Cutie Mark is the one found on Jurassic Park dino toys, but with a little graduation cap since she's the brainy explorer type.
Let me know if anyone wants their own My Little Raptor dino, as I'd be happy to do commissions (See my journal for pricing or send me a note).

Oh, and after watching a few MLP episodes, I'm proud to join the awkward ranks as a Brony.
I see it as the Power Puff Girl factor. Cute girly TV show created to sell toys to little girls, but with good engaging hilarious writers... thus it pulls in male viewers and adults.

I'm not gonna lie. xD I never cared for MLP, and I don't see myself really catching on...
...but the amusing irony of me faving this because it's awesome after telling someone I'm not interested in MLP ever is genius.

Noting wrong with faving something out of irony or randomness.
Let's say i drew Brian Griffon as Inuyasha (Which makes no more sense really)... You might hate both Inuyasha and Family Guy, but find the art hilarious.
I have respect for people who don't like MLP. I'm not a huge fan of every trendy furry thing that pops up myself, it's cool to pick and choose.
