In Teddy's hometown, the first week of October is typically Harvest Fest, your average showcase of antique tractors and equipment with vintage cars and pickups, corn mazes, and an overabundance of food. Naturally, his girlfriend, Rae, had spent the summer 'coaching' him and working on his technique and capacity so that when it came time to enter him in the pie eating contest, Teddy would be the last one standing... or, in his case, sprawled out against a cushy bale of hay, too stuffed and content to budge. Rae went to see which booths sold a nice, big waffle cone she could share with him as a reward, but not before a bit of teasing, telling him not to get too comfortable, or someone just might mistake him with his blue ribbon for one of the prize hogs...
