Alcryst heard his dad (Crescent) was spotted at Crown and he wanted to secretly get some photos of Crescent, but was also unsettled given Ramus and Crescent aren't on best terms. He saw Delibird end up a diaper and it triggered some trauma as he rushed to save him despite his transformation phobia.
After scaring off the enemies, the Delibird still frightened insisted that Alcryst wear him until transformation wears off.
Alcryst despite his fears decided to wear him while still being unnerved, but Crown's winter climate seemed to calm him down. He decided he'd wear the delibird till they get to Crown City as he worries his dad might be getting into trouble. The Delibrid did say that Alcryst did make on the nice list which confused him and just asked that the diaper not talk for now.
The diaper didnt tell him the diaper has a missiletoe on it which will lead to this being awkward for the bird hybrid.
