Its a Zerg Queen. But she used to be a human (similar to Kerrigan)

LEFT: Viper right after the change

RIGHT: Viper later, she wears Ghost armor (Thanks to her Ghost training she has control, but do to the zerg infection she is loyal to the Zerg)
