"Hey Ash, want to come over and hang out tonight?"
Being the owner of a cafe meant Aurora saw a variety of faces. Over the years she had gotten fairly good at reading moods and emotions of those around her. So she immediately noticed when one of her friends and fellow snow leopard, Ash, seemed to be having a bit of a rough time. She wasn't sure what exactly was happening to cause the snep such a distressing week, but she certainly knew how to support her friend.
As evening drew on, her fireplace was stoked and her cottage decked out in all of its Christmas decor, Aurora welcomed Ash into her home with open paws. With fresh baked cookies, Ash's favorite kind of course, paired with a calming herbal tea, the two sneps settled onto Aurora's living room floor amongst a pile of blankets to relax, chat and enjoy the fires warm glow. As Ash confided in Aurora, it was clear she was going through many struggles indeed. More than just a chat was needed. With a silent nod, Aurora offer the emotional support only a snep knows best, a large fluffy tail to cuddle when the weight of the world is resting on your shoulders.
Ash gave an audible sigh of relief as she melted into the comforting warmth of the tail in her lap. The sound of soothing purrs soon filled the room as Aurora gently petted Ash's hair, give the assurance that everything would be alright. The result of my recent raffle is finally complete!
