The princess seemed to feel bad about it, at least a little. Lily didn't have a single care whatsoever, bizarrely enough, making me wonder if she's a straight up psychopath.
The prince is the only one who seemed to do anything to remotely help Lyle out, and he's the jerk-ass who put Lyle in a condom!

At least she asked if Lyle was really a spy.
I don't know the ending of the comic, but it seems to me that Lily is secondary (or primary??) the antagonist, and maybe she's going to pay back. or remorse. she literally uses the touch of a cat, even though she was a mouse herself.
Her life can be divided into Before and After. Before, she was somehow interested in Lyle, after that she was just condescending. perhaps with the change in physiology, her consciousness also changed. like from a mouse to a cat

She thought she pooped him out already, along with the big feast she had right after him. She probably went to the bathroom or litter box the next day without ANY second thought. The way she is so careless about her companion makes her a terrible person. I really hope that Lyle will forever hate and loath her for the rest of his life and everyone needs to know what a monster she is. She belongs into a stomach to be digested for eternity, suffering for her actions and sins.
Oh I am sure she didn't have much thought or care for Lyle or the other mice she ate and digested when she went to dispose of their remains. *Perhaps* a bit of guilty pleasure or just so when it was Lyle but the other mice probably less so.

Starting off this chapter with such a bombshell of a twist! I'm just adoring how squishy and expressive these wonderfully energetic artpieces that I've ever seen for this continuing evolving comic!
