A new entry to my MoogleFortress series, a serie where I'm turning the characters from Team Fortress 2 into moogles, and this time it's the Administrator's turn.
Helen (that her real name is) observes all the matches between RED and BLU and gives out important messages about key-events that occurs during the matches. Being the old, bitter woman she is, it's only natural that her own body has takne the most damage. Wrinkly skin, dark cirkles around the eyes and in this case damaged wings are all testaments to this. Despite this, she keeps on giving orders, for yet unknown motives.

I had fun doing this one. I haven't drawn for a while, so I had problems with the lineart, but I say it turned out good. For the colouring I went for her older design (when her newest design actually looks alot younger). Giving the pompom and wings a greyer tone of red was also a fun idea I came up with on the way. Overall, I like this :)
