Ecko's tank would be a selfmade thing, you need three things to play it the rulebook for the game rules, the codex of the army you play where the information about the units, weapons, equipment, etc. of the army. the last would be the figures to play. this game has expansions like apocalypse where new rules and more devastating power can be used. Ecko's tank should be a superheavy tank for apokalypse, he have only to build it and write rules for it. He have to be careful not to overpower it.
