The original version is of two humans, but I decided it'd be kind of fun to make a neko version to upload here.
Original human version here (I personally think the human version is better but oh well)

P.S. I really wish they had a "neko" option underneath the submission theme since they're sort of significantly different from full anthropomorphs :/

Neko has come to sort of encompass a human with any creature's ears and tail. The proper term is actually kemonomimi for miscellaneous animals, but due to popular culture etc. neko is more frequently used. I've tried using kemonomimi in picture descriptions/explaining in real life before but it doesn't get the same recognition that neko does. While I hate using a word improperly, the definition seems to actually be changing (with some websites citing that though neko means cat nekomimi can sometimes refer to humans with other animal characteristics.)
They are certainly not kitsune, that's an entirely different mythological creature with particular attributes and connotations.

Hahaha thanks sweetheart. I'm really into the neko/kemonomimi scene being one myself. I'm glad that SOME people realize that neko is the improper term hahaha. But I have trouble convincing people of the differences between a furry and a neko, much less a nekomimi and a kemonomimi lol
