A pretty funny piece, and a rare one of just Pal, generally in my digital art its rare to see Pal on his own without Sass, it was more so in my old pixel art and paper sketching before trying to learn digital art that Pal was largely drawn on his own as I hadn't come up with Sass until then, since Pal is an ancient idea that stems from life long dream of an imaginary robot friend :P

The scene here I think is hilarious, I like picturing some funny hissing sounds from the cat paired with whatever robot noises Pal would harker back as he tries to shoo it off with his welder utility on his arm.

The idea came from a funny implication I made when playing Pal in SS13 back in the day, describing a cat in a very robotic way as this hairy fiend and having to keep at bay, cluing in those listening that he was just talking about a cat which was pretty fun. The scene lived on in my head since that little exchange and I wanted to draw it eventually
