a mobile base of the hovering variety designed as a launch platform for Zoids
colorscheme is desert because that's where i remember most things taking place in the show
decent armoring with a heavy defense gun for added protection

As far as Zoids go I LOVED Bezerk Fury and the majority of the Genosaurs. Konig Wolf was also one of my favorites.

The Blitz Team, and yeah i'm familiar with the snail looking base, one of the first bases you get in Zoids Legasy, the second is a lobster/crawfish looking one, which could cross water, and the last is the whale base which flies over mountains and stuff.

Sorry but I'd rather stick to cannons of the shell lobber variety, there has to be weaknesses and limitations afterall

the tesla cannon requires a generator, which demands to cool down and reacharge for a new strike. each shot last as long as a single lightening strike.

you said it needs a ridiculous amount of cooling and burns through ammo at a rate of 4000 rounds a minute... i'd rather take a couple of 40mm guns, no offense
