WOW this is unexpected but great! I'm as impressed as you are that you managed to replicate elements of Scooby's design while still remaining true to what your style has in mind. As for specific details I liked, I want to point out the close up on the second panel because you did a great job showing how the nose took on that wet, spongy look that dog noses have. You also did a nice, seamless job interpreting blending the facial hair and the growing fur. How the snout growth was executed was so well done too, particularly love the side view with how the tongue just lolls out of the mouth while he touches the tip of the nose. Plus the glasses hanging off the face due to the ears changing placement is something I've seen before from you but is always so nice to see. I think the main thing you got right about the design though was definitely the angularity to how his character is supposed to move. You already express a real ability to draw different poses in works but things bending in more exaggerated ways definitely helps this feel more cartoony, especially with the arms and the tail. You did a really good job with this overall, I'd honestly love to see these kinds of cartoon animal TFs in the future if you ever get them as commissions again.

I'll admit, doing cartoons is not my first choice, as I still definitely prefer real animals, but it was a fun style challenge. :D I'm particularly pleased with the final pose, getting those bow-legs in. :D
