A recreated image based on one of my scraps, this time with proper finalized composition and species variations.
3 Theropods broke into a hangar and in the mess they did when chasing the humans, they stumbled on some barrels that contained substances which the laboratory uses to brew the dinos and accelerate their growth rate, spilling it over the hangar floor. Due to wearing boots, the humans did not get affected, but the dinos had skin contact with that substance via foot sole, the result is what can be seen here.
