this is Ping.
She started life as a common goldfish (which is a member of the Carp family) and swam her way up a great big stream, earning her life as a dragon. She's a little bit snippy and can be a real bitch... But if she's willing to stick around you to pick on you instead of just spit in your eye as you pass, then you know she's your friend.
No, she cant get rid of her orange cheek spots as a human. (shhhhhh, I think they're cute that's why xD)
I'm really liking her as a character already ^^

She would glare at it and tell him that it was just as much a cage as what she was sitting in. It was walls that could not be broken... you could see the world but never touch it.

She would shrug and say that if he put him in a river he might be happier - but if he never reached a higher level of intelligence he might never realize there was anything wrong with it.
She'd tell him to keep him there for now until they passed by a suitable pond, lake or river. though she would warn him... he might just come back to them as a dragon if he let him go in a river. xD

I like her design, and how You did her clothes. Very nice description/story *nods nods*
And don't worry about the dragon, I personally really like it, the smaller amount of details composes better in a whole, making it not come front before Ping, which is good.
I think the only problem is with her arms, they are a bit too long, other than that all is superb, hun :)
