donkarnage has taken my offer to build Tale Spin's infamous Air Pirate as a partial fursuit. A 3rd party is custom tailoring the wardrobe. I am creating the head, tail, and paw-gloves. They will be accurate to the original Disney Afternoon character animation ref sheet.

Disclaimer
First, I cannot call this an ACTUAL "Don Karnage" fursuit since I am not affiliated with Disney and as such do not claim any rights to their characters. This is simply a one-time fan commission. For this reason the Character fursuit I will be creating shall be known here as "Diesel-Punk Air Pirate Wolf". And NO, I'm not selling the fursuit from the Disney Theme Parks. This will be a hand made, custom fitted fursuit, made from all new material.
The following is a copy of the custom fursuit contract worked out between me (Fluffy Jackal Studios) and the customer ( donkarnage).

Payment Policy
I accept PayPal ONLY. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Only place an order if you intend to pay within 7 days from the order date.
Any orders not paid for via PayPal within 7 days will be removed from their order slot. They can be re-ordered if any slots remain.
Commissions must be paid in full, in advance via PayPal before work begins on them.
For commissions $20 (USD$) and up: 25% of the quoted price is a non refundable Start Up Fee that will be deducted from any form of refund. Once work has begun on a project or supplies for that project have been purchased and/or used, no full or partial refund will be issued. PayPal may deduct fees from a refund transaction. I am not responsible for PayPal fees. No exceptions.
For traditional art, fursuits, puppets and other practical pieces: No alterations can be made after work has begun on the project. All specific measurements and details must be addressed before payment is made. Alterations or details requested after payment is made may require an additional commission transaction, raise in price, or may not be possible at all. I am not responsible for upkeep, update, wear, fit, re-touching, or any further alteration after the project has started. These products are made to order to the best of my artistic ability, but include no warrantee or guarantee once the project is complete, shipped, and/or received by the client.
I reserve the right to withdraw from or cancel and refund these projects at any time before work begins. If I fail to complete the project by the Maximum Due Date quoted, I will refund any remaining funds not spent on supplies/shipping/start-up-fees and bargain for a new completion date or cancel the project. Any delays caused by the client regarding payment or measurements required to complete the project may void refund or on-time completion. Client/Project-Specific Reqirements:
- 1. I'll need your head measurements (Measuring tape around the widest part of your forehead). Bear in mind, these measurements need to be as precise as possible to ensure a comfortable fit.
- 2. I’ll need your shipping address. Shipping to the 48 continental United States is included in the price.
- 3. A deposit of ½ the agreed upon price is required to reserve your commission. That money will remain in my PayPal account until you are the other half is paid.
- 4. The second half of the payment along with measurements are required before October 31st, 2011. If these are not sent to me by that date, I will refund the deposit and cancel the transaction (I am not responsible for any Paypal fees deducted during payment/refund. See Paypal for details).
- 5. Upon receiving the $400(USD) in total along with your measurements, I will begin ordering supplies and begin the project.
Your order includes:
- Fursuit Head built to original Disney Afternoon Don Karnage ref sheet specs. Sturdy but flexible interior made from plastic mesh and sculpted foam with ventilation through mouth and eyes.
Sculpted teeth and nose and hand painted eyes on an anit-pill fleece muzzle for an extra toony look.
Soft long-pile fur from Sy Fabrics makes a villainously cuddly head and ears.
- Fursuit Tail is easily belted on and fed through the rear of the costume.
Made from soft long pile Sy Fabrics fur (belt not included).
- Fursuit Paw Gloves slip on over the hands, ending between wrist and elbow length under the sleeves of the uniform.
The gloves are made from soft Sy Fabrics long pile fur and anti-pill fleece (palms) and are padded with foam for a toony look.
3 fingers and a thumb with sculpted black claws on the tips of each.

Sadly, the only photo that I have is the finished head (which wasn't as perfect as I would have hoped, but this was more or less a practice piece sold for just above cost to let me experiment with building techniques. My next project was several times improved). http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8199982/
I did get a chance to see the finished suit that the buyer commissioned someone else to do, but he said the head and suit didn't go well together since the suit builder didn't factor in the head size. He was grateful though, but soon disappeared from FA (possibly due to his real life military career).
