lol currently considering redrawing these guys, was having a bit of a drain from my project yesterday so i thought id get some designs solidified for next year so i can draw these guys some new references from left to right Brick Simments and Jackhammer

My project that features two of the three helped me to see how dull and somewhat desolate their world is supposed to be and made me realise that their first/current reference images are way too bright, along with some other details that just dont make much sense or things that could simply be improved on that fit their character

With bricks work and questionable hygiene...why would her shirt be white? Simments is a dodgy and suspicious fellow, n whats more shifty than a trenchcoat? n jack is a cheery and naive one, filled with hope n optimisim, why not make her a child? makes the contrast between her and the other two more apparent and strengthens her symbolism of hope and innocence

theres plenty of other things that could be adressed here but ill leave it at this for now, might make some rough comparison pages later tho just to see all the little changes ive done to the trio
