Anton Posting (Updated Character Design)
Given how slow I've been with art/backlogs due to work, and realizing I never posted this before, here's a few headshots I did a while back with Anton that I really enjoyed and ended up posting to Instagram and Reddit ages ago, though not here yet. Funnily enough, I think of the few depictions of Anton I did post to my account, it was only after his update, as a lot of his older art with his first design I never got around to putting on here, along with them kind of showing their age with my weaker art style (not that I can say much nowadays, lol).
Given how small Anton is as a kobold, I thought his old design was a bit too busy, since he had cheek spikes, a nose bump akin to more typical 5e kobolds, weird hotns on his browline, and just a bunch of other details. While his design is still probably a bit too busy, I must say that I'm quite pleased with his transformation in all the other designs. I want to say Sebulba (my beloved) from episode 1 of Star Wars influenced me, since I gave him catfish tendrils and the smuggest smile known to dragonkind.
God, I need to get faster at art so I can give all of my characters updated visuals. I want to so badly, lmao.

I appreciate the compliment, but hey, no need to put yourself down; your art has its merits as well! Sketching is kind of funny since sometimes it feels like a design really changes once you get to the actual drawing stages.
With work, I think its just screen drain, if that's a thing? I don't mind repetitive tasks, but clicking through very similiar things for 8 hours can be tiring. I guess I can't really complain though, a handful of my friends are EMTs/paramedics and power plant works, I'm just an office guy, heh.
