The Yolkari are tall, powerful Beastian creatures standing between 6'5" and 9 feet, with digitigrade legs for strong movement, muscular bodies, and thick tails that help them balance and defend themselves. Their outer appearance changes based on their environment, ranging from scales to fur and mostly earthy colors, with rare pale or glowing individuals found in cold regions. Their most important biological feature is a special ventral cavity that lets them safely pull in a living being and transform them into an egg. Thanks to their dual-function reproductive system, any Yolkari—regardless of sex—can create or fertilize eggs. Temperature plays a major role in their abilities: warmth speeds up hatching, while cold can preserve someone inside an egg for long periods. They also have a natural scent-based memory that allows them to recognize their own eggs and bloodline. Overall, their biology makes them uniquely suited for healing, preservation, and controlled transformation.
