From the moment Yetza & Ja'ek landed on Earth, they had been inseparable. It was an unusually rainy winter in Osaka, and the two cadets were cold, sick, and miserable. They spent those first days and nights desperately cuddled together in a twin-sized futon, using their body heat to keep each-other alive and make the climate adjustment sickness hurt just a little less. Though they barely knew each other before then, those first weeks created a deep bond between them. Even after the weather cleared and their immune systems adjusted to Earth, they still spent every night after in each other's arms. They had become each others' one source of comfort in a hostile world, and it wouldn't be long before that would grow into something much more.
