Richard (on the left a white wolf) Is a member of the Wakanbi tribe in Southern planes Adera of Enderon.

James (on the left a brown bear) Is a member of the Morutanga tribe in Northern Hills of Adera of Enderon.

both had lived in anceant times, are the incarnation of both Wind and Mountain spirits. tho they didnt know this until much later when they realized they had started to outlive other members of their respective tribes. being branded as outcasts, witchdoctors, demons. they left their tribes in search of a new life.

they met durning the corse of the early age of Enderon. durning the Mystic occupation, later the renaissance of Enderons transition from a magicly focused world who belived in spirits to a more technological age.

it was not until Enderons equivliant of the 1930s-1940s that they had decided apon living together,deciding to work out a living as a pair of businessmen. discovering one another, shareing their experiances they found kinship in each other. both haveing lived long enough lives that they felt the need for permant companionship the strongest. when finaly discovering each other. they set the bonds of their friendship pretty quick.

the two have sense that time lived in skyscraper they have dubbed the "Merilot" (short for "A very Merry Lot") they had built along with others they have discovered. Richard runs a club at the base of the building while James runs the kitchen, catering/resturant attached to it.

they are, a found family. their story has been difficult to sus out because i see them in venets, going throught variouse times throughtout the ages of the world, never dieing , haveing lived as long as they have. their home is of corse located in Adera's capitol city. they are very much happy together now.

(Following is an entry in Richards journal. just for funsies)

James and I have known each other a very long time. when i say a long time i dont mean like a few years. try a few thousand centutries.
indeed we go way back. durning a time befor technology. befor there was cyborgs, befor there were guns, befor there were cars.
back befor even the elves were a part of this world.
we have. spent so long together we have experimenting every possable way we could stimulate each other. I know him. he knows me. we like it this way.
to an outsider explaining all this would seem odd. at first glance it would appear we are argueing. tradeing witty comments with one another. occasional banter, sometimes going so far as jab at each other with quibs. we know what we like thats how we like it.
we switch alot too. some days Ill be the dominate. somedays. he will. we like it this way.
He is my Wolf. I am His Bear.
its funny how we never really addressed that. our physicla forms really has nothing to do with our behaviors, sense we are anceant mythological representations of natural elements.
James being the wind. I being the mountain. spirits trapped in physical forms. punsihment? naw we dont think so. it has more to do with an agreement we made befor makeing our physical forms.
something to do with protectng our tribes. for that story i would have to go even further. to explain alot of whats happened.
the short of it is. we agreed the better to protect our tribes was to combine them. be there in physical form to help guide them. keep them safe from so many dangers.
people have asked. Why both males? why not one be male the other be female.
whos to say we havent been both yet? or switched genders on occasion. its happend many times befor. infact it seems to follow the seasons.
for me to break that down would take awhile. if you really have the time to listen. otehrwise i suggest you skip this next part.
James tends to be male durning the spring and winter times. while in the autum or summer times i tend to lean female, or something in between. He especaly likes to be female in the autum. dont ask why. it just is.
I tend to be female durning the spring and autum times. while summer and winter I am primarily male. I am rarely in between. when that happens its ussualy durning very short periods of transition between the seasons.
I am very detail orented. so i tend to pay attention to these things of things.
