The Eclipse War is a one of the Zandaris Empire rapid expansion on the middle east. Due to the rich natural resources and home to many sacred artifact and structure. The Empress decided it would be a valuable asset to add to her massive empire. However, the east is not a land to be easily conquered. Several feudal country and monarch decided to form an alliance called the Middle Eastern Coalition. Led by Sultanah Alya and backed by the mermaid kingdom. They strike back the empire on a night with a full moon eclipse. The war lasted for 2 years.

The outcome of the war is as follow:

1. The Empress is killed and replaced by her sons, Jidari and Vin
2. The dissolution of the Middle eastern Coalition and the rise of the Feline Sultanate

While the world is in chaos. Lishi and Ruba are just 2 foxes that just surviving in this madness like others. They travelled from the vast desert to the swampy frontline and the freezing tundra before settling back to their desert home for final defense of their last remaining cities. Lishi is wearing his specialised outfit that is suitable for particular deserts. The powder desert is one of it. Since his feet cannot sink in the sand, he can traverse on all desert with ease unlike his friend Ruba which has minor limitation but not as severe as non-native species. Lishi is also a eunuch since he was in an orphanage home in which allows him to transform to Sky People Form which is much more powerful and have an ability to fly fast. He does not have any life goal and wishes he would die sooner.

In this arc, Ruba does not have the ability to transform into mermaid form yet, but he is quite proficient in his water bending. As a loyal friend to Lishi, he will always be there and support him no matter what. His main goal is to stop his brother from committing more deaths and get him back to his normal self.

Rusya is corrupted with a psychoactive he found and abused for 10 years. This changes his whole personality and physically and only him can synthesis those drugs with the most basic ingredients. His superior, Avery tried everything to stop him from this addiction, but nothing works for now. There is some magical barrier that ties to those drugs that made it nearly impossible to withdraw.

Avery has been one of the most skillful monster hunters and a talented scientist in genetic engineering. His ongoing experiment is on his daughter herself. The result will be cleary shown when she reaches 21. For now, she is only 9 years old.
