"I'm gonna tie this evil looking skullbird into my worlds lore into a region, or "band" of the planet which is basically the magical wild lands / no mans land. which is basically an area with sufficient "radiating" magical energy for golems to act freely in, and is home to all kinds of cultists, renegade sorcerers, and ancient reawakened evils.
This OC in particular. is one such reawakened Evil.
A member of the society, that brought about the creation of the Savior Moon / or as its more commonly known. the blood moon (2nd moon).
Now reawakened after countless eons, to find that though they succeeded. his society, and people as a whole. are all gone.
trying to make use of his powers to recreate something akin to what he remembers."
