BRIEF BACK-STORY: Old friends with Skip's family and took JC in as his student and seems to be proud...on the inside.
When Flash came to the picture, he seems to be fraustrated for the constant goofing around of the two cats under his care and the strain on his wallet. However, he has never given up on his prized student and seems alot in himself in Flash due to him having a similar child-hood.
