new ref for sebastian that's slightly less deranged
PATCH NOTES:
- Replaced the white stripes on his snout with a single black stripe
- He's less mad
- Removed almost all of his cybernetics except for the thigh dimples
- Gave him a sword
- Simplified his markings
- Now you can see his teeth and paws!
- New side view as well as a headshot of him with his dewlap inflated (its the rightmost one)
