It's Gaychester the kobold cleric! In a scene from a recent Koboldly Go adventure, he helped out a bunch of fellow kobolds. They'd caught an orc wandering the Deep Pillars underground, and trussed him up ready to cook for breakfast. But the orc might be helpful, and plus, he seems nice -- after all, he promised to convert to Tiamat worship almost as soon as Gaychester suggested it! So here is Gaychester telling him not to worry, everything is going to be fine -- he's even left a note to make sure there are no accidents! And kobolds are notoriously good at following written instructions to the letter.
