For all intents of purposes, this is the first one. Also does anyone have recommendations for a scanner? I don't want to keep using the library's.

I used to have a good recommendation for a scanner: The Microsoft Lens smartphone app, which works really well, has no ads, and is completely free (almost every scanning app with perspective correction wants a subscription)...
...but Microsoft is shutting it off next year, despite the fact that it would cost them $0 to keep the current version operational on the devices it currently works on.
There are tons of alternatives, but I haven't gone searching for one that's free (or at most a one-time fee) and works as well yet.
