I hate how social media will constantly trash kangaroos as these a-holes who would punch people and dogs when I actually petted one in real life at an exotic petting zoo and they were very friendly and I felt safe around them.
Ostriches and the Australian counterparts of Emus however are the real bastards. They will aggressively peck for their food when you try to feed them while a kangaroo will politely accept food from you.
