Actually, Gov was originally called Element, he later changed it to Gov. (The more you know!) And was this the update WoodStock always went on about? It seems... lacking.

We've not heard from Woodstock since reset.
He was working on a new version of COC, but Ben found time on his hands and took over, resetting COC and giving it a new look.
And everyone is still the same as before XD Douches and bigger douches.
