The Introduction

Veia gets him to help by giving her one of her powerful supplements to create a powerful supplement. Once Lain has created it, she drinks it all and her biceps begin to swell, becoming even bigger. She begins to pump her biceps, ready for tomorrow while she takes more supplements. Meanwhile, Eliania politely asks Van Vonia and Miyu if they can give her some supplements and estrogen, so they agree, only that a combination of these things is highly potent and unstable, causing her biceps to swell with maximum power. Eliania does so with this powerful combination, which makes her biceps even bigger with the extra double inflation. On the day of the second part of the competition, where Lain sees the contestants who lost but can watch the competition, the contestants have trained hard, pumping up their biceps and using their supplements to inflate them to maximum power. They all begin to flex their biceps hard again, inflating like balloons and becoming bigger, this time they have even doubled in size as they continue to flex with all their might. Ashley's biceps have become bigger and bigger than yesterday due to her taking supplements to her cousin. The second part of the competition concludes with the victory of Lain, Miyu, Veia, Eliania, Van Vonia, Grace, Moona, Franka, Poppya, Ashley, Lyana, and Jianilm. Tomorrow is the third part of the competition where: 1-Lain faces Eliania. 2-Ashley faces Van Vonia. 3-Miyu faces Franka. 4-Grace faces Jianilm. 5-Moona faces Veia. 6-Lyana faces Poppya. 7-Brianna faces Honōa. 8-Sherilm faces Jessa.
Lain feels he has no guts to face any competitor with larger biceps. Veia helps him by taking a bicep growth supplement that Jianilm also takes. Lain tries the stuff and feels a powerful bulge in his biceps. He takes enough of it to make his biceps swell even more. Veia gives Lyana more of the stuff, and she does it only to regain her sister's place. So Lain and Lyana pump their biceps hard and take electrostimulators to further inflate their biceps.
On the day of the third part of the competition, the competitors see Lain and Lyana's biceps have become incredibly large. Eliania, even though it will be difficult, has pumped up her biceps to the max for honor. They all begin to flex their biceps even harder, inflating them like balloons and becoming even bigger, continuing to flex all their strength, inflating their biceps to double their size. The third part of the competition concludes with the victory of Lain, Van Vonia, Miyu, Jianilm, Moona, Lyana, Brianna, and Jessa. Tomorrow is the fourth part where: 1-Rai faces Moona. 2-Brianna faces Miyu. 3-Lyana faces Van Vonia. 4-Jianilm faces Jessa.
Lain sees Jessa shy at being beaten by Jianilm, and Lain encourages him to return the cream he had received to Jianilm. Jessa thanks him for the fact that even if he loses, it will be more beneficial to him than the growth of his biceps. Lain returns to Lyana, who needs to pump up her biceps and take more supplements for tomorrow.

So, they've been hoping for a while that they can beat Jianilm, so they pump up more and more, their biceps becoming even more enormous.
On the day of the fifth part of the competition, where the semi-finalists are pushing themselves this time, they start flexing hard to the max, inflating their biceps even more, becoming even more enormous. So, the only finalists for this victory are Lain and Jianilm. Jianilm makes a speech to the crowd that she'll win anyway, and she'll still be the champion with the most enormous biceps in the world, flexing her biceps. Lain tries and tries to argue that she notices Jianilm's biceps have swollen during the days leading up to the competition, but she doesn't back down, not giving up hope.
When Lain pumps up her biceps for tomorrow, she doesn't know what could beat someone with gigantic biceps like Jianilm, so she thought of something that would take every supplement more powerful than the others and create the most powerful supplement. Eventually, she does, feeling the effect that will be perfect for beating Jianilm, and begins training to pump up her biceps.
On the final day of the competition, Jianilm feels like she still has the victory until she sees Lain's biceps have grown as gigantic as hers, so it will be a showdown of who has the most gigantic biceps. The two begin to flex their biceps to the max, then push themselves to the limit. The audience sees Lain's biceps growing more gigantic than Jianilm's, and she can't give up like this. But the competition ends with Liam winning and becoming the new Miss Biceps Olympia. Jianilm feels a little lost, thinking she could probably train her cousin to become the new Miss Biceps Olympia.
In the end, all the contestants celebrate with Lain showing off her biceps, while the others can show off theirs as a celebration of being ready for next year.
