Ingwaz is seen as the channeling of separate energies by bringing them together to produce potential. This Rune also shows us when it a stage or pattern has been completed and it is time to move to the next step. In this way, it connects with rebirth in many ways. Ingwaz can be used in rituals as a symbol of closure, to gain a deeper understanding of transition or initiation, and how to channel energies into a focused intent. Do not be worried if it seems like nothing is happening. When this Rune comes into play, it shows a form of productivity that comes after it has built up over time. The more you work towards building forward momentum, the greater the outcome will be.

This week's Internal Influence is the Giraffe Spirit Guide! In general, the Giraffe guide comes to us as a sign to act with focused intent to reach success. That we need to keep the bigger picture in mind as we develop our communication skills. When we see the Giraffe guide as a Reversed card, this can be a reminder to not let yourself get so caught up in thoughts of what could be in the future that you forget to look at what your doing in the moment. Allow yourself to focus on smaller, individual goals in order to take each step to fulfilling your overall, or larger, goals. Start with a thoughtful plan for this week in order to fuel yourself physically and spiritually. Consider how you are acting to those around you. Maintain a humble and elegant demeanor, but understand to never belittle others. Are you blending in too much? Or flashing your colors too brightly? Consider what actions and behaviors you need to grow the best version of yourself that you can. Give thought to the ways you act and speak with family, friends, and others you interact with. Allow yourself to be quiet or emotional in order to heal, but don't let it negatively effect the achievement of your goals or relationships with others.
