Hmm, I think it's that the fingers might be too long compared to the length of the hand. Almost like the fingers are 'bleeding' into the hand itself. As for the arm, the forearm looks slightly shorter than it should be, at least compared to the length of shoulder to elbow. That might be what's weird looking for you, cause that's what I'm seeing.
