Since there is SO little fanart of THIS one Care Bear character, who is DEFINITELY not just one reoccuring character retooled to fit in another story, thought to give him some more. And some people want to him be a good guy so I thought to give them that, as Grump sees by the Caring Meter, the Rat King REALLLY cares about Christmas, as most villains who want to take over the holiday, pretty much bathe in the good magic of it, so much so, the royal blue rodent grew WELL into the clouds and bumped right into Care-a-lot!
