Oh dude! I know this image! It's the Hatbox Ghost from The Haunted Mansion ride at Disneyland/Disney World! They used this image on merch some gosh... 12+ years ago? I got a hat with this same image on it! It's such a brilliant picture juxtaposing the graveyard with the skull. I always loved it and I still have the hat just chilling in my closet.
