The garlic avocado sauce makes this burger a one-of-a-kind treat, and it also pairs nicely with fries and other savoury dishes as a gourmet topping!
Ingredients:
For the burger:
2 “8-balls” of ground beef
1 finely sliced onion
2tbsp burger spice
2tsp Worcester sauce
1tbsp pepper
2 leaves iceberg lettuce
2 slices favourite cheese
1 toasted bun of choice
For the garlic avocado sauce:
1 ripe avocado
1tbsp garlic sauce
2tsp garlic powder
2tsp pepper
1tbsp lemon juice
Recipe:
1-Heat your grill to high and prep your veggies
2-make your burger patties and smash them down flat with your sliced onions on top onto your searing hot grill
3-cook both sides of the burgers until there’s no pink in the meat and the onions+patties have a good crust
4-bun your burgers and add your cheese+veggies and other favourite toppings/condiments
5-plate with your favourite side and enjoy!
