Some drawings take weeks to do, some take hours. When I have art block, it amazes me how quickly it goes away if I draw pokemon.
When I feel overwhelmed, I sometimes feel the need to just sit down for several minutes and meditate... and if its hot I have a fan blow in my face, cools the flames.

Nice I really like this one. The fan is basically blowing away not just the heat of your persona, but more like the stress, and anxiety. You were trapped in the lowest part of the hot dungeon. You found a fan and took a clear sip of the cool refreshing air which made you feel more at ease. Your managed to clear the final stage and obtain that golden chalice. How you say? Well the Pokemon Spirit inside ya
This is gorgeous. :) I like you did the light and soft shading for the coloring work Lucario's fur, especially with how you used it around his torso to lightly accentuate his abs. The blue flames/aura effects emanating at his backside look neatly applied as well. The calm and relaxed expression on his face from the fan blowing cool wind on his face really stood out for me also.
