This was a design I bought from a mystery egg by 
a while ago and finally got the chance to draw her! This is Bubble, an elusive sea fairy that dwells in the ocean, usually found swimming alongside dolphins and sea turtles. Her fins contain magic that's believed to bring good fortune to divers; the brighter they shine, the greater the power.

I'm such a huge sucker for purples and blues, and she's eat up with both! What a cutie, but I am really living for the background as well--it's simple yet very effective!
