Here's Page 4! Gian isn't accepting Mondo's apology... Right away at least. Will he come to forgive him for what he did? Mondo probably just wants peace all around. Either way Gian tricks himself to returning to his state of happiness before Mondo came and dropped a bomb on him. Is Santino going to notice...?

In the comic, the Lucario pulled out when he came, and Mando was all "Why did you pull it out? *sadface*". It was rather funny and ironic, seeing as he was about to beat the crap out of another "faggot". Kinda shows the horrible character creation in the series, but it's sex, so we still like it ... when the sex is actually here. lol
...apologizing is not that easy, this guy is really admirable. And good thing Gian got at least some relief after all.
For some reason the whole thing made me though on that April fool's episode of Spongebob and how squidward tries to apologize for crossing the line but words cannot come out.

Okay, as someone else said on another site, this comic needs to actually go somewhere. Even if the story was good (which, in reality, it's barely sub-par the way the average stories go), the updates are way too far in-between to try to truly care, especially when barely anything happens when an update happens to finally come.
It would be naive to think people like this comic for the story. You can't tell a story when you give one paragraph a month, even if it's epic. Seeing as this story hinges between terribly cliche and boring, that's nowhere near the case.
The art has gotten a bit better, even if the backgrounds are still too bland/nonexistent. I'd personally rather see black and white submissions, though, if that meant faster updates. If this comic truly has to have such a big "story", then updates must come faster. It's way too popular to update this slow with barely anything going on in each page.
This comic started purely on sex, and that's what people truly want, even if they don't admit it. Looking at the comments, most do admit it.
Show a bit more love to the comic instead of just using it as a way to merchant easily, because that's basically what it is at this point.

Of course not, but when a story is *just* above average when compared to a porn flick ("You just burst in on me wanking, we had sex, and although I don't know you, I'm madly in love with you now." followed by a cliche "You're gay so I'm gonna beat you up, even though I'm gay too and will have sex 10 minutes later." lol), there's not much else to really enjoy.
Well, if you care so much for the comic, just be a patient fan and wait. These guys have lives outside this comic too, remember. They don't live and breathe Roommates and they need to pay their rent and such so they can keep this comic going, so just wait and understand their situation before commenting, please. That's all any of us patient fans ask :3
Okay, enough with the condescending BS from you. It's quite obvious that you don't understand the meaning of what constructive criticism is at this point. Not everyone only has roses and daisies to throw at an artist they like. If you don't like it, why don't you be a "patient fan", stop assuming things out of your arse (I understand their situation quite fine, because I'm in college too with 2 jobs), and not reply to users you disagree with. Really, Sal and Dreamous have no problem doing so. Why do you?

If this were truly a free comic this would not be the case, but they do use this as a foothold for so many commissions. That, and people had to pay to see 2 *very* important side-stories to understand what happens to Gian's first boyfriend and Olly/Mondo. It wouldn't been fine if they were only non-canon instances for fapping, but they are canon. The effects were already imminent by the fact that many people showed confusion as to why Mondo is going from "I'm gonna beat you up, fking faggot!" to "Hey dude, I'm sorry. Let's be friends." If people are starting to have to pay to see important stories of the comic, even though it was promised to be a free, updates have *got* to come more often.
That is the main criticism, and it is honest criticism. As I said, I wouldn't waste my time if I didn't care about the comic. If, by your definition, "fans" only say good things about their favorite artists (just like parents do with their kids), they'll never learn to grow and blossom. A true fan gives critique that shows the faults, not just the rainbows. If that is too difficult for you to understand, then I really can't waste my time with a helpless cause.

First off, I'd like to apologize for coming off as condescending. I really didn't mean for that to happen. I was trying to take a tone that I thought would be less likely to start something, which apparently I failed miserably at, and looking back on it, I was a complete ass and I once again apologize for it.
Secondly, now that you mention it, you do have some very valid points and I didn't know that you were trying to give constructive criticism at first. I automatically jumped to the wild conclusion that you were trolling. Once again, I admit I was wrong about that and I apologize for it. I was hoping Mondo would come around. I was SO PISSED at him the first time I saw him, because he completely ruined the "Justice Genome" of the Leomon line in the first arc.

Minor point of hilarity: I had to be told that Mondo was a leomon, because I couldn't recognize what he was. durr.

well actually all but the koopa side of his characters are all original. Gian and the other Digimon/Pokemon characters are all original characters, he's just using the species from these shows. It's just like using normal animal species, if someone decided to go around copyrighting all the animals in the world people wouldn't say anything about people using them for their characters, and they would be just as unpublishable as using Digimon/Pokemon species.
