If I were to try something else I'd probably go for 40k. I'm only just starting in to war gaming in general and went with Warmachine cause I like their models better. Plus I hear a lot about how Games Workshop loves to screw over their players in the name of money. (which I guess isn't all that unreasonable since its a business for making money)
