the EB-36 Brakan it's a great innovation in the firearms market... infact it's the first fully functional mass production man portable energy weapon... the age of solit ammunition weapon isn't ended but for sure Energy weapons from now on they will have their place in modern armies the weapon fire sintetic ionized plasma in rapid bursts (1200 RPM) or in full auto but with a slightly slower fire rate (900 RPM) this selection can be done when the weapon is set to full auto, pulling slighlty the trigger will fire the burst fulling further will fire full auto, the semiautomatic mode insead with a slight pull will fire a standard single shot... if pulled it will supercharge the coils to fire a focused beam useful for sharpshooting.
the wepon due to it's size and production cost dosn't have an integrated power source... but each rifle come with a mini H-cell that can be attached to the belt, and trought a power cable it can keep operational the weapon for several days.
the only other thing needed to operate the weapon are a little ammount of disposable plasma chambers they need to be repaced depending on how much often the weapon is fired and what fire modes are used.
