While I'm still in Vermont for Thanksgiving, I figured I might as well share this - he lives in our local general store, and every time I've gone in there as long as I can remember I've said hello to him. His species are usually seen out west, so he's either a lesser known northeast variety, or he's had a very long journey. I've tried asking the store manager about him, but he's been there longer than he's managed the store. So my friend may always be a bit of a mystery.
